High elves live in the Highlands (its not named after them) and in Silverpoint. They used to call Silverpoint Argenci Cuspi, but Silverpoint is easier to say, so they changed it. Elves are less hardy on the average than humans, but tend to be stronger-willed. Their infant mortality rate is low, with four of five children making it to age six. Elves are a slow-maturing race, reaching their majority by 40. An Elf would be considered "in their prime" from the ages of 90-160, with the most ancient Elf reaching the age of 225 or so.
