Hoblings don't have a territory of their own because they integrated here. They like to live with humans or high elves because they have nice stuff, so they live in the Highlands or Silverpoint. Some hoblings decided to live along the Great Road in Tel'Chiek, (joked that they did it so they can sell sand to the Sarr). Hoblings are less hardy than humans, but tend to be quicker and more dexterous. They tend to mature slightly less quickly than humans. Their infant mortality rate is average, with about seven of every ten Hoblings reaching age six. Hoblings reach their majority at age 23, but aren't really considered truly "grown up" until 33. A Hobling would be considered "in their prime" between the ages of 25-55, with a Hobling of age 70 considered "old". Long-lived Hoblings can expect to die in their sleep (with a mug of warm cider and a cookie on the sideboard) at the age of 85 or so.
